How Did you first hear of Fr. Altman and what do you like most about him?

My wife and I recently traveled from Los Angeles California to meet Fr. Altman, and he was gracious enough to have a meeting with us.

And you know what else? In early 2020 i had heard a few of Fr. Altman's homilies. Then a priest friend of mine who's been a priest and pastor for 35 years in Archbishop Jose Gomez Los Angeles Archdiocese, he texted me a Fr. Altman homily & said "listen to THIS!" 😅😇🙏🏻 So, this lie that Father Altman is divisive and somehow a troublemaker is a lie straight from hell. The bishop should read all the testimonies. So many of my fellow parishioners in our parish in L.A. Archdiocese love Father Altman, his homilies are often the topic of discussion. Fr. Altman is a uniter and a true spiritual Father to a starving flock. 🙏🏻😇

In the spring of 2020, I would often listen to Fr. Altman talks & homilies on my daily hour-long walk on the nature path in the foothills, during the start of the rampage SCAM-demic in March 2020.

In Los Angeles, governments and the people had gone mad, all masked up, with tight fabric smothering their lips, face & lungs.... 🥺😔😰 to me, it was like watching some hellish twilight zone horror will Smith movie,...

Some of us saw through it from the start, and refused to comply, which brought potentially constant conflict, ugly hostile interactions, etc.. and even if you didn't encounter that, you had to be ready to potentially encounter it, which is stressful heartbreaking & sad in itself ... the constant "knot in your stomach" or "fight or flight" reflex every time you go to the store for food .... how absurd & evil!! to me , it was clearly diabolical, a totally satanic deception.

That is why, finally hearing a Godly voice of anti-mask sanity from Father James Altman truly heartened me and gave me hope for humanity and the world. I only wish I had properly expressed this to him when my wife and I met him , but I'm better expressing myself in writing.

I did tell him why I loved him, and he reached over and gave me a hug when we left. 😔😪😓😇🙏🏻💙

    I met Fr. Altman when I belonged to Saints Peter and Paul in Wisc Rapids. He was our pastor for 8 years and I knew he was different from all of the other priests I had heard. His masses were reverent. He handled current issues, including the clergy sex abuse scandals. He listened and cared.
